I have run 2 marathons and now I want to do my first IronMan Triathlon. What are the best books or websites to help with training schedules and swimming?
How much time do I need to train for my first Ironman? I run a lot (3 marathons to the day and training for my 4th in octuber, a lot of shorter distance races, my time in my last marathon was 3h20′) swim some and zero biking.
I am planning to run the New Zealand Ironman next march, am I late?
Can anyone share with me any useful link?
