I’m entering 1st sprint adventure race tomorow – tips please re preparing mind and body today?

What to eat, when to eat, when to sleep, any training or none? does massage help (i’m in Thailand so have easy access), how about tomorrow morning? should I have breakfast? what is best? The race is about 12KM run, 45KM cycle, 4KM kayak and a short swim. Any info will be much appreciate Thanks
